Life Skills

At Archers Project we provide a wide range of services catered to young people at risk of gang involvement. This includes tailor-made key-work sessions and interactive courses with the aim to ensure the prevention of crime, and offering support to overcome the financial, educational, social and cultural challenges faced in everyday life.

  • Our services are catered to young people at risk of gang involvement and includes bespoke MAPPA support packages.
  • With Route to Transition residents are encouraged to participate in structured therapeutic recreational programs and pursue independent leisure activities.
  • You can find out about monthly activities that are posted on the Newsletter within our offices. Daily schedules are also posted and available to young people in the residency.
  • We work closely with our service users and supporting agencies to facilitate a successful and effective exit strategy, where our clients go on to live a life of their own with the public housing authority or in the private sector as tenants.

Support we offer

We can support young people from the ages of 8 years up to their eighteenth birthday celebration and there after, who may give a scope of complex social, passionate, instructive and conduct needs. These may incorporate the accompanying:

We understand the value in maintaining strong physical health. We work to develop a tailored fitness and nutrition plan that individuals can easily follow when they begin to live their own life independently.

Child Criminal Exploitation

We specialise in gang-work deterrence and offer a bespoke training programme provided by our experienced key workers that focuses on drug trafficking/county lines, sexual coercion and storing drugs and weapons.

Life Skill Training Programmes

Our training programmes including mentor coaching, befriending, daily support and proactive engagement with key workers. We have a variety of in-depth bespoke training programmes including youth development

Assistance and advice in relation to education, training and employment

We offer one-to-one key worker sessions and in-depth programmes, training and care plans, working to set goals in collaboration with each individual.

We provide advice and support to help young people into training and work by focusing on gaining professional or general qualifications, or developing a skill, for example through an industry apprenticeship.
